  6.  certain requests, or have refused to fully answer the questionaire.

  9.  users are asked to re-register, then you are expected to do so.  Often, 
  10.  this information needs to be updated.  Often, false data is discovered 
  11.  when someone who lied on a previous Logon can't remember the stuff they 
  12.  entered before.   Sometimes, data files are lost and need recreation.
